01 Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK) the data controller is LAICOS Bilişim Yazılım ve Bilgi Sistemleri İthalat İhracat Limited Şirketi; contact and request details are at the bottom of this page.

02 Categories of personal data

Categories processed in the SessiONN application and on this site:

• Identity and contact: name, account email address.
• Transaction security: terminal number, session metadata (who connected, when, for how long), access attempts, audit trail, device network address.
• Partner application: name, company name, email, phone and your message.

Screenshots, video recordings, clipboard content and the content of transferred files are neither processed nor stored.

03 Purposes

• Establishing and maintaining the remote support connection.
• Creating, verifying and managing an account.
• Ensuring information security and detecting abuse and unauthorised access.
• Evaluating partner applications and contacting the applicant.
• Meeting legal obligations.

04 Legal basis

Processing is based on Article 5/2(c) of the Law (establishment or performance of a contract), Article 5/2(ç) (legal obligation) and Article 5/2(f) (legitimate interest, for security and abuse investigation). In a partner application, contact details are processed with your explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

05 Method of collection

Data is collected electronically and automatically through your use of the application, your account registration and the form on this site.

06 Transfers

Your personal data is not transferred abroad; the servers are in Türkiye (Istanbul). Within Türkiye it may be transferred, in a limited way and only where necessary to run the service, to essential suppliers (hosting and email infrastructure) and, upon lawful request, to authorised public authorities. Personal data is never sold or shared for advertising.

07 Retention

Account data is kept while the account is open; session metadata and the audit trail are kept for as long as security review requires. A partner application is kept for at most 12 months after it is concluded. At the end of the period data is deleted or made non identifying.

08 Your rights (Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or wrong, to request its erasure or destruction, to request that correction and erasure be notified to third parties, to object to a result produced against you solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

09 How to apply

You may submit your request in writing to the address at the bottom of this page or to [email protected], in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application is concluded within 30 days at the latest. If it is refused, you retain the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
