After downloading
Open the downloaded file. The setup wizard will greet you.
When the application opens, a nine digit access code and a single use PIN appear on screen.
Read the code to the technician on the phone. Nobody can connect until you allow it.
If Windows shows a warning
Because the file is not yet signed with a code signing certificate, Windows may mark it as an unrecognised app and show the "Windows protected your PC" screen. This is not a virus warning; it appears because Windows has not seen this file often enough yet.
